Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Electrical Strategic Supply Chain to lead a growing team and drive strategic sourcing for PCB/PCBA, supporting global manufacturing goals. You will mentor, scale, and align sourcing with engineering and operations to deliver cost savings and resilient supply chains.

The role requires strong people management, deep technical knowledge in indirect services, and the ability to deliver strategic initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or supplier development, with 3+ years in people management.
• Experience leading supplier industrialization for NPI and scaling production.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and relocate onsite to Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for electrical commodities to drive cost savings, quality, and resilience.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers with strong capabilities in indirect commodities.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, scaling to meet growth and ensuring talent development.
• Track metrics: cost savings, supplier quality, on-time delivery, and capacity; improve supplier management processes.
