Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Staff Strategic Supply Chain Manager for PCB/PCBA commodities. You will own commodity strategies, partner with engineering and contract manufacturers, and drive cost, quality, and supply resilience.

This role requires 10+ years in PCB/PCBA sourcing, ability to travel up to 50%, and onsite relocation to Costa Mesa. You will lead RFx processes, negotiate contracts, and influence design and manufacturing decisions across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in PCB/PCBA sourcing and electronics manufacturing.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Ability to relocate onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute commodity strategies for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies.
End-to-end responsibility for delivering quality parts at the right cost.
Lead RFx/RFP/strategic sourcing for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies.
Own external contract manufacturing relationships and continuity of supply.
Negotiate agreements to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery.
Collaborate with Engineering to influence design specs and manufacturing requirements.
Perform data-driven cost analyses and evaluate total cost of ownership.
