FADING WEST is seeking a Production Electrical Specialist/Lead to elevate the electrical team by mentoring and training others, performing electrical tests, and supporting production in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes flexibility, strong teaching skills, and the ability to interpret electrical codes and coordinate with other trades to ensure safe, quality production.

• Performs Electrical activities to support production.
• Assist in process and procedure improvements in the electrical department.
• Communicate with other trades to meet production goals with safety and quality.
• Lead activities of electrical assembly operations.
• Determine areas of improvement in electrical design and production.
• Perform other tasks to support production.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production Electrical Specialist/Lead brings an understanding of quality to Fading West that our customers expect in their homes. This individual elevates the overall skills and knowledge of the electrical team by acting as a mentor and trainer to other Fading West team members. This individual must be highly flexible and humble and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

? Strong in teaching and training electrical skills and abilities

? Ability to perform electrical tests and trouble shoot failed tests

? Teaches and trains plumbing team to achieve desired production goals is essential

? Interpret electrical code and transfer to projects and other staff

? Performs Electrical activities to support production

? Assists in helping inform our processes and procedure in our electrical department

? Communicates and coordinates with other trade teams to achieve productions goals without sacrificing safety and quality

? Leads the activities of the various electrical assembly operations

? Determines areas of improvement in the electrical design and production process

? Performs all other tasks necessary to support production

Requirements

? In-Person (this position cannot be performed remotely)

? This role requires signing a confidentiality agreement, intellectual property rights agreement, and non-compete and non-disclosure agreement

? Background check results that meet Fading West’s standards

? Reference check that speaks to the positive character of the applicant

? May be required to regularly stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time, lift or carry more than 50 pounds, climb/balance on stairs or ladders, stoop, kneel, and crouch

? Must be competent and comfortable in basic computer skills and navigating modern technology
