Job summary

Mid-State Industrial Maintenance (MSIM) is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Indiana and Michigan. You will manage the full sales cycle, build long-term client partnerships, and coordinate with operations for timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have electrical field experience, 5+ years in sales or marketing within electrical services, and strong communication skills. Some travel and on-site coordination are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience (5+ years).
• Electrical field experience required and prior sales/marketing in electrical services/maintenance preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships and proactively engage with clients.
