Job summary

ArcPoint Electric Solutions Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to be the operational hub between the field team, customers, and leadership, ensuring service calls and projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.

You’ll review schedules, monitor tickets, track materials, and maintain documentation quality while coordinating with foremen and leadership to minimize risks and delays.

• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience around electrical/construction trades is a plus.
• Organized, process-driven with checklists and logs.
• Calm under pressure and proactive in risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between field team, customers, and leadership to keep calls and projects moving from kickoff to closeout.
• Review active jobs, schedules, and crew assignments daily.
• Monitor service tickets for on-time completion.
• Track materials, orders, backorders, deliveries, and jobsite readiness.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready.
• Support new work walkthroughs and estimating inputs.
• Assist with startup, execution, and closeout activities.
