Job summary

Rosendin, an employee-owned electrical contractor in the United States, invites applicants for the Electrical Services Manager 1 to provide administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts and projects.

You will supervise and direct work activities, prepare estimates and budgets, and manage scopes of work for service contracts, preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Travel up to 50% is expected.

• Proficient technical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project documentation including submittals and RFIs.
• Supervise and direct work activities as assigned by the Electrical Services Manager.
• Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract, project, or service call.
• Manage scopes of work within service contracts including electrical and fire alarm services for maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Provide support for team projects based on complexity.
• Understand terms and rates with clients for service accounts.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts with Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect company interests and profitability.
• Schedule regular visits with Electrical Services Managers to sustain service accounts.
• Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain knowledge of project statuses and coordinate with Business Development.
• Monitor quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and staff.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division.
