Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Electrical Services Manager 1 to provide administrative and service support for small to mid-size work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders. You’ll oversee documentation, budgets, and client communications on a range of electrical and fire alarm service tasks.

You will lead teams, coordinate with division leadership, and drive profitability while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role.
• Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling service contracts to serve client needs.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.
• Proficient in using CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Tririga, Archibus, Maintenance Connection, ChekHub, etc.
• Proficient technical and customer service skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Supervise and direct overall work activities as assigned by the Electrical Services Manager.
• Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract or project.
• Manage scopes of work within service contracts and related electrical/fire alarm services.
• Provide support for team projects based on complexity and needs.
• Understand terms and rates with clients to sustain service accounts.
• Monitor financials of contracts to protect company interests and profitability.
• Schedule regular visits with managers to assure client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of project status and coordinate with the Business Development Group.
• Assist with additional responsibilities as needed by the division manager.
