Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Electrical Services Manager I to oversee administrative and service support for small recurring and non-recurring work, including contracts, projects, and work orders.

You will manage documentation, supervise activities, prepare budgets, and coordinate with clients to ensure profitability and satisfaction. Travel up to 50% may be required; strong MS Office and CMMS skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Supervise and direct overall work activities for Electrical Services Manager objectives.
• Prepare estimates and budgets for service contracts, projects, or service calls.
• Manage scopes of work within service contracts for electrical and fire alarm services.
• Provide support for team projects based on project complexity.
• Understand terms and rates with clients to sustain service accounts.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company profitability.
• Schedule regular visits for sustaining service accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of project statuses and coordinate with Business Development.
