Allied Electric Services, Inc. is seeking a proactive Electrical Services Business Development Manager to drive growth in preventative maintenance and electrical service offerings in the Austin, San Antonio, and Houston markets.

The role blends strategic business development with hands-on project coordination, educating clients on annual maintenance agreements and ensuring compliant execution across sites. Regular travel within Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management in electrical/facility services.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70B standards or electrical maintenance processes preferred.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close service agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client education.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple sites.
• CRM software proficiency; familiarity with maintenance/pricing software a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within Texas.

Responsibilities

• Attend service marketing meetings to identify target customers and services.
• Develop and oversee marketing materials for maintenance services.
• Distribute materials via in-person, mail, or email campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with property managers.
• Lead preventative maintenance pricing discussions and educational sessions.
• Coordinate facility walk-throughs and collect equipment data.
• Drive NFPA 70B compliance steps across sites.
