Over The Moon is seeking a motivated Electrical Service Technician to join our residential HVAC and electrical team in a full-time role in Wisconsin. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair residential systems, with opportunities for paid continuing education and advancement.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Our Electrical Service Technicians usually work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime available.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be inspecting customers' residential systems, diagnosing the source of any problems, and performing top-quality repairs to get everything back in working order. You'll need a professional attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a motivation to do your best during every job. As you perform inspections and repair the systems, you'll make sure to follow all safety procedures and industry regulations. You'll communicate with customers about their systems, clearly explain service options, and recommend additional work to drive sales when appropriate. ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of residential service experience


• Ability to bring your own trade hand tools


• Valid driver's license

The more experience you have, the better! Preference will be given to candidates with a journeyman or master electrician license. Experience making sales in an incentive-based environment would also be a plus! Proficiency in ServiceTitan (or similar field software) would also be helpful.
