Over The Moon Heating, Air & Electric in Waukesha, WI seeks a full-time HVAC Installer to join our growing residential team. You will diagnose, install, and service heating and cooling systems, while delivering excellent customer support and ensuring safety standards.

We offer a strong compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 per year, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $1,500 monthly bonus for 12 months after 90 days, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.
• Metal fabrication experience.
• Ability to withstand heat, climb ladders, and enter attics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented, highly organized and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC systems and components to ensure proper operation.
• Test systems and replace broken or outdated parts.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As an HVAC Installer, you will have a full-time role that may require rotating nights and weekends to meet the needs of our customers and ensure systems are always running smoothly.

You will arrive ready to take on new challenges, starting each day by inspecting HVAC systems and their components. You will test systems to guarantee proper operation in a variety of settings, using your keen troubleshooting abilities to identify and replace broken or outdated parts. You will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team to find the best solutions. Your focus on organization and metal fabrication skills will help you tackle each project with confidence, all while growing your expertise and learning new methods in a supportive, development-oriented environment.

HVAC INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer
• Metal fabrication experience
