Over the Moon Heating, Air & Electric in Waukesha, Wisconsin is seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Service Technician. If you’ve just finished an electrical program and want to log real hours, this is your first big move.

We sponsor apprentices toward Journeyman certification and offer raises tied to license milestones. You’ll run service calls with Journeyman electricians and gain hands‑on experience in real homes.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an electrical program; 0–2 years experience preferred.
• Wisconsin Registered Electrical Apprentice card or eligible to obtain immediately.
• Solid command of NEC basics, residential wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Customer-friendly — you'll be in people's homes.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Progression through license milestones with raises.

Responsibilities

• Run service calls and installs alongside Journeyman electricians.
• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues.
• Assist on panel swaps, service upgrades, EV chargers, generators and rewires.
• Apply classroom knowledge in real Wisconsin homes.
• Continue logging apprenticeship hours toward Journeyman card.
• Progress with raises tied to license milestones.

This position is for an Entry-Level Electrical Service Technician — recent grads of electrical programs welcome.

Over the Moon is a fast-growing residential HVAC and electrical team in Waukesha. We sponsor apprentices through to Journeyman and invest in the techs who invest in themselves.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Run service calls and installs alongside our Journeyman electricians

• 0–2 years residential electrical field experience preferred (internships, helper, and helper-apprentice roles count)
• Solid command of NEC basics, residential wiring, and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Customer-friendly — you'll be in people's homes
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
