Over The Moon in Waukesha, WI is seeking an Electrical Installer to join our trade team on a full-time basis. You will read drawings and customer specs to install various electrical systems precisely and safely, sometimes solo, other times with a crew.

We value accuracy, safety, and a can-do attitude to deliver top-quality results for our clients. Qualified candidates have a state electrical license, 3+ years' experience in residential/commercial/industrial installs, familiarity with industry

Qualifications

• State electrical license required.
• 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Experience installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Solid knowledge of industry codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently, with teammates, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Read technical drawings and follow customer specifications to install systems accurately.
• Install electrical equipment and wiring per code and safety standards.
• Work solo or with a team to complete jobs on time and to spec.
• Maintain clean work areas and document job progress.

HERE'S THE DEAL:

Pay: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

YOUR IMPACT AS OUR ELECTRICAL INSTALLER:

This is a highly detail-focused role where you'll read technical drawings and follow customer specifications to accurately and efficiently install various systems and equipment. Every day will bring something different, and depending on the scope of the job, you might be going solo or working alongside your teammates. You'll precisely install new systems while upholding our core values and complying with all safety, industry, and company regulations. No matter what comes your way, you'll approach every job with a "can-do" attitude and a drive to complete the best work possible for clients!

YOU COULD BE OUR NEXT ELECTRICAL INSTALLER IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• State electrical license
• 3+ years of practical work experience
• Experience installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage your time effectively
• Ability to use standard tools/equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
