Over The Moon is seeking a full‑time Electrical Installer in the Waukesha, WI area to join our hands‑on trade team. You will read plans, install electrical systems, and contribute to projects on site with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

The role requires a state electrical license, 3+ years of installation experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a crew. We offer a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• State electrical license required.
• 3+ years of practical work experience as an electrician.
• Experience installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to safety, integrity, and excellence.

HERE'S THE DEAL:

Pay: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

This is a highly detail-focused role where you'll read technical drawings and follow customer specifications to accurately and efficiently install various systems and equipment. Every day will bring something different, and depending on the scope of the job, you might be going solo or working alongside your teammates. You'll precisely install new systems while upholding our core values and complying with all safety, industry, and company regulations. YOU COULD BE OUR NEXT ELECTRICAL INSTALLER IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• State electrical license
• 3+ years of practical work experience
• Experience installing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and manage your time effectively
• Ability to use standard tools/equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
