Over The Moon Heating, Air & Electric in Waukesha, WI seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. As a full-time technician, you will inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems to keep them operating efficiently and safely.

You will diagnose issues, install replacement parts, perform routine maintenance, and monitor inventory while delivering high-quality service and clear communication with customers. Two years of related HVAC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and mechanical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC operation and repair manuals.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Experienced HVAC Technician, you'll inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems to keep them operating efficiently. You'll diagnose issues, install replacement parts, perform routine maintenance, monitor inventory needs, and ensure all work is completed in compliance with company and industry safety standards. WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and mechanical skills

• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges, and testing devices
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC operation and repair manuals
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically able to work on HVAC units
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions
• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

Two years of related HVAC experience is preferred.
