Eco Electric & Plumbing is seeking a proven leader to guide a high-performing electrical service team in the Seattle area. You will coach technicians, oversee performance, manage schedules, and drive revenue growth while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in a Service, Sales or equivalent management position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Customer-first mindset with high service standards.
• Technical proficiency in work order management and reporting systems.
• Experience in strategic planning and financial management.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of electricians' performance and sales activities.
• Lead and train team members using established systems.
• Monitor field technicians' performance and provide guidance.
• Ensure team exceeds revenue goals and maintains safety compliance.
• Host weekly team meetings on pipeline, challenges, and standards.
• Coach electricians on customer rapport and product/service sales.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to drive success.
• Manage team schedules to meet demand and seasonal spikes.
• Develop reports on department performance, quality, and efficiency.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new electricians.
• Coordinate truck stock management and vehicle policy compliance.
