This hunter role targets new service opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors, engaging property managers, facility managers, and building owners to win profitable electrical service work.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Development, Service Sales, Outside Sales, Account Executive, or similar revenue-generating role.
Direct experience within electrical service/contracting or related technical service industry.
Strong preference for commercial electrical service sales experience.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new electrical service business throughout South Florida via proactive prospecting and relationship development.
Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, commercial owners, dealerships, and general contractors.
Walk potential projects to understand needs and prepare quick quotes or assist estimating team.
