Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical is seeking an Electrical Service & Sales Manager to lead the Houston division. You will oversee a team, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure financial and operational goals are met.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Home service experience is required.
• Wrenchman/Journeyman/Master license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans, objectives, and policies for the division.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of electrical service professionals.
• Drive the Electrical department through training and development of field technicians.
• Oversee and manage the division's budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
