Abacus Houston is seeking an Electrical Service & Sales Manager to lead the division, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires supervising a team of electrical service professionals, aligning with senior leadership on strategic plans, and maintaining compliance with NEC and municipal rules.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, leadership experience, and a preferred electrical license (Journeyman/Master).

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent.
• Leadership experience: supervisory/managerial role in a technical/service environment.
• Home Service experience is required.
• Wireman, Journeyman, or Master License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement divisional strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term plans, objectives, and policies for the division.
• Stay up-to-date with NEC requirements and municipal jurisdictions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of electrical service professionals.
• Drive the Electrical department through training and development of field technicians.
• Coach electricians to increase average tickets and manage monthly truck revenue.
• Oversee division budget, financial targets, and cost-control measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain operational excellence through invoicing, inventory control, safety, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Overview

Abacus is currently seeking an Electrical Service & Sales Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. This includes leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the division meets its financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

• Minimum High School Graduate/GED Equivalent
• Leadership Experience: Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within a technical or service environment
• Home Service experience (required)
• Wireman, Journeyman and or Master License (preferred)
