Job summary

Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead the service department, oversee technicians, and drive growth. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in electrical service operations, must hold a journeyman or master license, and will work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in electrical service operations with management experience.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and electrical service management software.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy to build and expand the electrical service department, hire and train technicians, establish service procedures and offerings.
• Mentor and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch of service calls for timely response and efficient resolution of issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements to meet targets.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources.
