Job summary

Absolute Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead and grow the service department. You will build a high-performing team of technicians, set service protocols, and drive outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will oversee scheduling, monitor performance metrics, and work with clients and partners to expand offerings while maintaining safety and compliance. A Journeyman/Master Electrician license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical service operations in a managerial or leadership role.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and components.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and service management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of strategies to build and expand the electrical service department, including hiring and training technicians.
• Mentor and manage a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee scheduling and dispatch of service calls for timely responses and efficient issue resolution.
• Monitor service performance metrics and adjust as needed to meet targets.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources across the company.
