Job summary

Crosby Electric, a Crete United Company, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily field operations for electrical service calls across commercial and industrial clients. You will drive customer satisfaction, dispatch technicians, manage timelines, and coach your team to higher performance.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, budgeting support, KPI tracking, and coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical service with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to manage multiple service calls, customer needs, and technician scheduling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with field service management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch a team of field service technicians for electrical jobs.
• Oversee project timelines, quality control, and customer communication.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in estimating, quoting, and reviewing service contracts.
• Develop and coach your team for long-term success.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to department growth targets.
