With a reputation for quality workmanship and long-term customer relationships, the company is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its electrical service operations and support continued business growth.

Position Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the electrical service department, ensuring projects and service work are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and profitably.

This leadership role oversees estimating, project execution, scheduling, customer relationships, field operations, budgeting, and business development while working closely with company leadership to achieve operational and financial goals.

Strong understanding of job costing, labor productivity, and project financial performance

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, general contractors, and developers

Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to customer and job sites

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing an electrical service department

Design-build estimating experience

Experience overseeing multiple service technicians and projects simultaneously

Knowledge of local electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and construction safety standards

State or local electrical licenses or certifications, where applicable
