Job summary

SEC Group in Austin is seeking an experienced leader to oversee and expand its Austin-area service operation. You will lead the field service team, own day-to-day execution, and drive customer satisfaction, productivity, and performance.

The right candidate will bring strong commercial electrical knowledge, experience managing electricians or service technicians, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial electrical service or construction experience.
• 3+ years leading electricians, technicians, or field personnel.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and service work.
• Experience with scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning.
• Customer-facing experience within commercial service environments.
• Exposure to estimating, pricing, labor efficiency, budgets, or P&L.
• Working knowledge of NEC and OSHA requirements.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

This position will lead the field service team and take ownership of day-to-day execution, customer satisfaction, workforce productivity, and department performance. The right candidate will bring strong commercial electrical knowledge, experience managing electricians or service technicians, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and emergency service needs

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend availability needed to support service operations.
