Job summary

ATALNT is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead daily service operations, oversee projects and field teams, and drive profitability for a growing service division.

You will work directly with company leadership and handle commercial and industrial electrical projects across the Southeast, influencing operations and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction or electrical service management experience.
• Leadership experience managing electrical service operations, projects, or field personnel.
• Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, job costing, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the electrical service department.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, scheduling, purchasing, billing, and change orders; manage service projects from award through completion.
• Monitor job costing, labor productivity, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate field personnel, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review estimates and project performance.
• Conduct job-site visits to monitor safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build relationships with general contractors, developers, property owners, and commercial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and support service division growth.
• Coach and manage field personnel and service teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Design-build estimating experience
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and OSHA requirements
• State or local electrical licenses or certifications, where applicable
