FirstCall Mechanical seeks an Electrical Service Manager in Macon, GA to drive daily service operations, ensure high-quality, on-budget project completion, and manage maintenance agreements and repairs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience, 5-7 years of management experience, and be proficient with MS Office. A company vehicle, phone allowance, and comprehensive benefits support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of management experience, or field experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Active EPA certificate.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop staff, including hiring, scheduling, and evaluating performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assign work based on technicians' abilities and training needs; develop training procedures.
• Identify opportunities for team improvement and coach toward sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate dispatch to select appropriate technicians for each service call; resolve customer issues.
