TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an Electrical Service Manager to lead our residential service department. You will supervise technicians, recruit and train staff, and ensure top-quality electrical service with excellent customer care.

This is a growth-oriented role in a trusted, safety‑minded company. Ideal candidate has strong residential electrical service experience, leadership potential, and willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Have significant residential electrical service experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential electrical service, sales, and install process.
• Be able to run a service department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing electrical service technicians.
• Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.
• Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
• Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and service electrical systems, as well as train on customer service and sales.
• Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class electrical service department within an established business.

We are hiring for an Electrical Service Manager out of Lawrenceville, GA location! This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve a residential electrical service department.

Ideal candidates should:

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of electrical service and excellent troubleshooting skills.


• Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL SERVICE. Management experience is not required but is strongly preferred.


• Live within 25 miles of Lawrenceville, GA.


• Drug-free with a clean background and driving record.


• Be flexible, growth orientated and work well with others.


• Be excited and passionate about Electrical.


• Be willing to work Saturdays and off-hours as needed.


• Be willing to train and hire new team members.


• Be willing to multi-task and transition between field and office responsibilities.
