Responsibilities

• Manage and develop staff: hiring, termination, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Assess technician skills to assign appropriate work and identify training needs.
• Develop training procedures and improve team processes.
• Coach team to meet customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Oversee dispatch to select technicians for each service job.
• Prepare quotes, source parts, and manage service repair projects.
• Ensure safety policies and proper tool maintenance.
