Job summary

Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead a residential electricians team in Central PA. You will coach, train, set expectations, and deliver five-star service that aligns with our Happiness Guarantee.

In this full-time exempt role you will drive weekly meetings, monitor KPIs, support field technicians, and collaborate on process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience with leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of service processes and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• A professional, positive attitude that creates HAPPY customer experiences.
• Ability to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly team meetings and training to drive technician performance and uphold core values.
• Set clear expectations and paths for targets.
• Drive same-day service completion and memorable customer experiences.
• Coach on-site during ride-alongs and visits to ensure quality and adherence to protocols.
• Foster continuous improvement through training, performance reviews and feedback.
• Onboard and train new hires to align with Handyside standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on disciplinary discussions and strategy.
• Track KPIs and address gaps before they become problems.
• Provide technical and sales support to field technicians, including after-hours help.
