Church Plumbing & Heating is seeking a hands-on leader to launch and scale a new residential electrical division. You will own budgeting, scheduling, service quality, and safety while building a high-performing team of electricians.

Must have a Master Electrician license or be ready to sit for the exam; a driver’s license is required and you’ll lead day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Launch, build, and scale our residential electrical division
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth and profitability
• Lead all day-to-day operations including budgeting and financial performance, scheduling, job flow, service quality, and ensuring compliance and safety standards
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team of electricians
• Manage tools, fleet, inventory, and operational resources
• Provide hands‑on leadership—coaching, inspecting, and supporting your team
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in workmanship

What You Bring

• Master Electrician License OR if you are ready to sit for the exam – we will pay for it!
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record
• 3+ years of leadership experience in electrical or construction
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
