Vision Electric & Systems, a full-service electrical contractor based in Missouri, is hiring a Service Manager to oversee the electrical service department's daily operations, personnel, and financial performance. The role covers residential, commercial, and industrial projects, with emphasis on safety, quality, and on-time service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of service-operations experience and 2+ years in leadership, along with strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and service operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, blueprints, and applicable electrical codes.
• Proven experience in electrical service operations, estimating, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations, including 24/7 emergency dispatch, scheduled maintenance, and service projects.
• Lead field personnel, coordinate scheduling, prioritize service calls, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review estimates, takeoffs, pricing, proposals, and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
• Oversee equipment rentals, material inventory, tools, and departmental expenses.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve service concerns, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor departmental performance, profitability, financial reporting, and service contract execution.
• Utilize electrical industry software, including Accubid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365.
