Vision Electric, a full-service electrical contractor based in Missouri, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the electrical service department. You will manage daily operations, lead field personnel, and drive profitability across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, safety compliance, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365 is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role in St.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in service operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and service operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, blueprints, and applicable electrical codes.
• Proven experience in electrical service operations, estimating, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations, including 24/7 emergency dispatch, scheduled maintenance, and service projects.
• Lead field personnel, coordinate scheduling, prioritize service calls, and maximize operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review estimates, takeoffs, pricing, proposals, and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
• Oversee equipment rentals, material inventory, tools, and departmental expenses.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve service concerns, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor departmental performance, profitability, financial reporting, and service contract execution.
• Utilize electrical industry software, including Accubid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365.
