• Leadership of teams of 10+ employees in a sales & service environment.
• Proven experience driving sales and business growth.
• Strong financial literacy with P&L, budgeting, and margins management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team through regular one-on-one coaching and feedback.
• Perform regular site visits to stay connected with operations and staff.
• Set clear business growth objectives and consistently achieve them.
• Develop, mentor, and grow team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Handle escalated customer service issues proactively and effectively.
• Ensure operations comply with applicable local and state regulations.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, job costing, inventory, and HR-related activities.
• Build-out the electrical service department.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong technology skills, particularly proficiency with Excel and business management software.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with proven experience driving sales and business growth.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ employees, ideally in a sales & service-oriented or operational environment.
• Excellent financial literacy with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profit margins.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
