Wolfer’s Home Services is seeking a dynamic leader to build and grow a thriving department in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will lead a team, set growth objectives, optimize operations, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$150,000 per year, full-time employment, a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, 401K, PTO from day one, and ongoing training in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Excel and business management software.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with proven sales/growth experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ in service-oriented or operations environments.
• Excellent financial literacy with P&L, budgets, and margins.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team through regular coaching.
• Perform site visits to stay connected with operations and staff.
• Set growth objectives and consistently achieve them.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Handle escalated customer service issues proactively.
• Ensure operations comply with local/state regulations.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, inventory, and HR activities.

What you’ll do:

• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ employees, ideally in a sales & service-oriented or operational environment.
• Excellent financial literacy with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profit margins.
