Job summary

Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning in Livermore, CA, is hiring an Electrical Service Manager to lead the Service Electricians, coach performance, and drive a high-performing center in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget accountability, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a premier service experience across our residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of the Service team.
• Ensure techs are trained and support career growth.
• Maintain client satisfaction and meet sales and gross margin targets.
• Collaborate with People Department to staff a top service team.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews on time.
• Lead training sessions and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to maximize dispatch-for-profit goals.
• Oversee service fleet inspections, maintenance and cleanliness.
