Job summary

Air-Tech HVAC is seeking a Service Manager to lead and develop the service team, driving growth and profitability of the department. You'll coach technicians, improve performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the San Gabriel Valley area.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC, leadership experience, and EPA certification. A valid driver's license and knowledge of codes are required. The role offers a path to long-term career growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years HVAC service experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
EPA Certified
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, local codes, and industry standards
Valid driver's license and good DMV record

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians
Improve technician performance, productivity, and customer experience
Provide technical support and help technicians solve difficult HVAC problems
Drive service department revenue through strong team performance and accountability
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and department goals
Coach technicians on presenting honest repair and replacement options to customers
Help improve call conversion, average ticket, and department profitability
Resolve customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction
