Job summary

G&E Partners is expanding its Service Division in South Florida and seeks a Service Division Manager to lead operations, grow the business, and support long-term success. You will own service delivery, client relationships, and the development of scalable processes and structures.

Join TEC Service Group as the dedicated service, maintenance, and small projects arm of the contractor, with high visibility and direct access to leadership for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical service and maintenance experience, ideally with an electrical contractor.
• Proven track record of developing business, building client relationships, and winning service work.
• Experience estimating, pricing, and managing electrical service projects, maintenance contracts, and small works.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and project execution.
• Experience managing profitability through job costing, pricing strategies, and operational oversight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes, procedures, and scalable operational structures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships.
• Local to the Miami / South Florida market, or open to relocating.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Division operations and drive business growth for the new TEC Service Group.
• Manage day-to-day activities, scheduling, and resource planning across multiple service teams.
• Oversee key client accounts, build relationships, and pursue service, maintenance, and small projects work.
• Develop scalable processes, procedures, and controls to scale the division profitably.
• Partner with leadership to set strategy, performance goals, and annual plans.
