Job summary

EOLA Power is seeking a Master Electrician to lead the newly formed Electrical Contracting department in Miami, FL. The role combines field execution with strategic department leadership to deliver mission‑critical electrical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Florida Master Electrician license, 10+ years in commercial electrical installations, and a track record of managing teams on complex projects, including UPS, transfer switches, and generators.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and active Master Electrician License in Florida.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial electrical installations with focus on critical power systems (UPS, transfer switches, generators).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams on large electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field work: perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs for critical power systems.
• Lead and grow the Electrical Contracting division; supervise electricians and apprentices.
• Plan and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes; conduct safety training and site inspections.
