Titan Electric Companies is seeking a qualified service operations professional to manage existing service accounts and pursue new ones. The role includes handling service billings, collections, and monthly project forecasts, while coordinating both local and non-local projects.

Ideal candidates will have construction/engineering knowledge, read blueprints, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Bluebeam, Excel, and Word is preferred, with a strong focus on teamwork and

Qualifications

• Construction/engineering/business management degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Must have practical electrical and general construction knowledge and/or experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with PDF processing software, preferably Bluebeam.
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Responsible for existing service accounts
• Responsible for obtaining new service accounts
• Service billings
• Service collections
• Monthly forecasting of service projects
• Coordinate local and non-local projects
• Training of Titan Electric management systems
• Reviewing service department personnel
• Recruiting and hiring service personnel
• Maintaining the fleet and inventory of service vehicles
• Managing the inventory of service tools assigned to fleet vehicles
• Ensuring the warranty process for contract jobs upon completion
