Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, tracking and projection of labor, material, and job expenses for each project.
• Assume primary leadership responsibilities for each assigned project.
• Manage all contract costs, billings and collections to maintain profitability and cash flow while maintaining client relationships.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Pursue additional work via change orders.
• Ensure project documents comply with contract requirements and CEC standards.
• Attend progress meetings and build long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Drive divisional profitability through effective project execution.
• Coach and develop direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure schedules are met and priorities adjusted to changing needs.
• Communicate with customers to validate expectations before, during, and after projects.
• Lead project management goals, procurement and contractual requirements, and capacity planning.
• Produce monthly financial projections for each project.
