You will ensure NFPA 70E and OSHA 1926 compliance, mentor field crews, and partner with project leaders to sustain a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction safety, specifically with electrical contractor experience on data centers or large commercial builds, and a hands-on safety approach.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of construction safety experience in a dedicated safety role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction hazards and NFPA 70E.
• Experience supporting electrical, data center, industrial, or large commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability conducting safety audits and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce the site-specific safety program for electrical construction activities.
• Conduct daily site walks, safety observations, inspections, and hazard assessments with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to plan safe work.
• Lead new-hire safety orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Monitor energized work, lockout/tagout, and NFPA 70E compliance.
• Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and incident documentation.
