Job summary

Big-D Mission Critical in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Electrical Safety Manager to lead safety on data center construction sites. You will partner with the safety team and project leadership to foster a zero-harm culture and ensure compliance with federal, state, and Big-D standards.

The role focuses on electrical safety across data-center scopes, conducts training, documents conditions with photos and reports, and coordinates corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience on large commercial projects in a safety capacity.
• Electrical safety experience highly preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour training required; OSHA 500 preferred.
• CSP/ASP/CHST or other safety certifications desirable.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Works on a specific jobsite with safety team and leadership to create a zero-harm culture.
• Manages safety efforts of data center projects with focus on electrical scopes.
• Monitors inspections and administrative tasks on the job site.
• Documents site conditions with photos and written reports.
• Develops improvement plans with project leadership and documents results.
• Conducts safety training meetings and prepares detailed reports for the team.
