Phillips 66 is seeking an Electrical Specialist for the Ponca City Refinery to support maintenance and reliability of complex electrical systems. You will troubleshoot, lead major repairs, and develop programs to enhance performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of electrical/industrial experience.
• Proficient in reading electrical prints and identifying components.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willing to travel up to 5% and operate company vehicle up to 50% on-site/public roads.
• Able to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; climb ladders/stairs up to 200 feet.
• Must wear FR clothing and PPE; be clean shaven for respirator seal.

Responsibilities

• Independently support and optimize maintenance and reliability of complex electrical systems across the facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, lead major repairs and installations, and develop programs for performance and safety.
• Plan and prioritize work schedules, guide operational improvements, and ensure all activities meet quality and safety standards.
• Review equipment designs, manage new system implementations, and provide technical support to engineering and operations teams.
• Mentor team members, share expertise, and drive initiatives for reliability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data to identify trends and root causes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deliver clear communication and actionable insights to help the organization achieve goals while maintaining safety and efficiency.
