Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Engineer, Blades Fleet Engineering, to support root cause analysis and fleet performance for wind turbine blades. The role involves data analysis, RCA execution, and maintaining dashboards to enable real-time visibility for the global blade fleet.

You will work under senior guidance to collect data, perform analyses, draft technical documentation, and help track action items across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar)
• Travel up to 10% globally (mostly US)
• Location: GE Vernova offices in Greenville, SC
• 1 year of experience in wind turbine engineering or related field
• Strong data analytics and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• RCA support and execution for blade issues, with robust documentation
• Monitor fleet data and identify trends in blade performance
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to support root cause
• Maintain dashboards for blade fleet quality KPIs with real-time visibility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track action items and risks
• Draft and review RCA reports, TILs, and WDI inputs
• Apply structured problem-solving methods (5Why, Fishbone, Factor Tree)
• Assist in coordinating with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
