Job summary

Qualifications

• Business or trade degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of customer service, quotation, or sales experience with electrical knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of product lines, substitutes, and supplier pricing policies preferred.
• English reading, writing and speaking preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs takeoffs of bids and pricing for electrical products and systems.
• Completes and supports the quotation process for each assigned project.
• Coordinates pricing, lead times, alternates, and compliance with project specs.
• Provides timely follow-up on technical inquiries from customers.
• Maintains an active log of bid wins/losses and seeks value options to improve competitiveness.
