Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, based in Pecos, Texas, is seeking a full-time QA/QC Manager-Data Center to lead quality assurance on data center projects.

You will develop QA standards, plans, and coordinate with CX and project teams to ensure quality at installation. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years electrical construction experience with at least 4 years in QA/QC or commissioning, strong communication skills, and proficiency with QA/QC software.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' electrical construction experience.
• Minimum 4 years in QA/QC or commissioning of electrical systems.
• Proficiency with industry-standard QA/QC/CX software.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Detailed understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment and installations.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Successful pass pre-employment background and MVR checks when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing QA/QC standards and continuous improvement evaluations and revisions.
• Develop project-specific QA/QC plans and ensure implementation with Project Team.
• Manage deliverables of all QA/QC, testing, and CX coordination.
• Collaborate with CX Team to close out CX activities.
• Train and evaluate project QA/QC staff on quality-related activities.
• Coordinate quality reviews with project teams and report to management.
• Perform onsite inspections of equipment and installations.
• Report QA/QC activities through project software and communications.
