Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years in electrical industry.
• Experience with SEL Relays and digital relay protection systems.
• Knowledge of medium voltage equipment (breakers, CTs, relays).
• Experience with proposal generation or requisition engineering preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Review specifications and customer requirements to provide electrical solutions (diagrams, layouts, equipment drawings, cost estimates).
• Collaborate with local sales to pursue MV opportunities.
• Formulate bids, estimates, and quotations with appropriate product mix and commercial considerations.
• Create well-documented tenders with full costs.
• Manage technical, financial, and project aspects of bids and quotations.
• Identify risks in bids and contracts across customers/channels.
• Contribute to risk reviews per ABB policy.
• Gather information to prepare proposals (technical and cost elements).
• Maintain effective customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Provide technical support to Sales Managers during meetings.
