Job summary

Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent - Multi-Family to oversee day-to-day activities on a single multi-family project. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure quality, production, and safety, while aligning with project schedules and codes.

The role requires supervising crews, subcontractors, and punch mechanics, with strong leadership and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Minimum 8 years of installation experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• Thorough understanding of installation practices and codes.
• Ability to supervise, train, and develop field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Read plans, specs, and documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Supervise installation crews, field employees, and subcontractors.
• Act as on-site safety lead and client contact.
• Identify tools, materials, and equipment needed for tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with schedules and codes.
• Maintain organized, safe job sites and proper material storage.
• Coordinate with general contractors, managers, inspectors, and trade partners.
