Job summary

The Romanoff Group of Companies seeks an Electrical Project Superintendent - Multi-Family to oversee day-to-day project activity, coordinate with partners, and ensure quality, production, and safety on a multi-family residential project.

This role requires strong supervisory experience in electrical trades, deep knowledge of NEC and local codes, and ability to lead field personnel to meet schedules and safety standards. Competitive benefits and 100% employee-owned culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in electrical trade.
• Minimum 8 years installation experience in electrical trade.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation practices and codes.
• Experience with residential and commercial new construction processes.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, train, mentor, and develop field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and construction documents to determine scope, materials, and installation requirements.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors.
• Serve as on-site safety lead and client contact.
• Identify tools, materials, and equipment needed for tasks.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks per company policies.
• Complete safety, production, and progress documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, inspectors, and trades to meet schedules and codes.
• Prioritize work to support production schedules and deadlines.
• Inspect work for quality and code compliance; recommend corrective actions.
• Walk job sites daily to monitor progress and address deficiencies.
