Boise-Based Construction Project Coordinator

Job summary

CORE is seeking an entry-level Construction Professional for the Boise, ID office to support mid- to large-scale commercial construction projects. The Project Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the field team and project management team while helping keep project documentation accurate, current, and organized.

The position will work closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and other project team members across construction-phase activities and project closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ work experience with a commercial construction, engineering, or architecture company is preferred.
• Basic ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of contracts.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• In-person position at our office in Boise, ID (NOT remote nor hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and assist with submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Assist with RFI documentation to the architect and manage distribution to trade partners.
• Assist with subcontractor change orders and gather Full & Final Change Orders.
• Record and maintain fully executed subcontracts.
• Create and maintain project directories, project files, and related documentation.
• Prepare and compile Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals.
• Gather warranty letters and submit closeout letters to subcontractors, including warranty information.
• Coordinate with field and project management teams to ensure project information remains current and organized.
